Marina Mount was born out of a lifetime spent on the lake. Invented by father and son James and Eric Kubala, the idea came from real-life challenges their family faced on the dock—challenges James was always eager to solve. From a young age, James had a knack for turning problems into practical, hands-on solutions, and Marina Mount became one of his most inspired creations.

In March 2023, James was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He passed away just over a year later in May 2024. Since then, Eric has continued building the vision they shared. With a patent pending and the full support of the family, Marina Mount has become more than just a product—it’s a tribute to James’s creativity, resilience, and love for the lake.​
