SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Marina Mount, LLC, we are committed to delivering your dock accessories safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders for standard accessories (e.g., winch, bumpers, kayak lift) are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom tables are large structures require additional build and preparation time. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order.
     

2. Shipping Methods

  • Small Accessories: Shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, or similar).

  • Large Docks & Covered Structures: Shipped via freight delivery or delivered directly by our team. In some cases, on-site installation is included.
     

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Freight and oversized shipments may require special handling fees.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to avoid delays or additional charges.
     

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on product type and destination.

  • While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, freight carrier delays, or site accessibility.
     

5. Delivery Requirements for Docks & Large Items

  • Customer must ensure the delivery site is accessible for trucks and/or installation crews.

  • Any necessary permits, permissions, or clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to site issues, additional fees may apply.
     

6. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
     

7. International Shipping

At this time, we [do/do not] offer international shipping. Please contact us for special arrangements if needed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
POLICY

At Marina Mount, LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy for returns and exchanges below:
 

1. Standard Products

  • Eligibility: Unused, non-custom items (such as ladders, benches, or small accessories) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging and hardware. Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage are not eligible.
     

2. Custom & Special Orders

  • Final Sale: All custom-built dock accessories, and special-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
     

3. Exchanges

  • Standard accessories may be exchanged for a different size or model, subject to availability.

  • If the replacement product is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
     

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at 1-877-8MARINA within 30 days of delivery to request authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable method. For large or oversized items, freight shipping may be required.

  3. Upon inspection, we will issue your refund or exchange.
     

5. Fees & Refunds

  • A [10–20%] restocking fee may apply to returns of standard products.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
     

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion at no additional cost to you.
     

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom dock accessories and special-order builds

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Items showing signs of use or installation
